Due to COVID-19 and the current lockdown restrictions, we have had to make the hard decision to cancel the entire Abermain Eisteddfod for 2021.

We apologies to all parties involved in making the Abermain Eisteddfod happen every year; from contestants with there family/support network and teachers to event organizers and sponsors.

We are saddened BUT looking forward to seeing everyone in 2022.

Welcome, to the 104th (2021) Abermain Eisteddfod

We all hope you will be able to find useful information including downloadable copies of the syllabus, entry forms, completion rules from the site you can also view contact details, important information regarding competition dates & location, as well as a brief history about the Abermain eisteddfod.

The Abermain eisteddfod conducts two eisteddfods, one which is open to the general public and another that is open to school students only. The Abermain eisteddfod caters for an array of categories and sub-sections such as speech and drama, vocal and instrumental, dance, choir and individual sections, so please get involved and remember to have fun.
